The Client: Department of Police, Roads and Transport – Free State

Date: April 2007

PCE Duties: Business Plan, Planning, Design, Tender document, Supervision and Management of Construction.

The project is focussed on the upgrading of the deteriorating roads in the Free State and includes detail investigations and costing of the road for budget planning and implementation of the works by the Client.  Major works include, but are not limited to, fog spray, re-sealing and rehabilitation of these roads.

All the projects are committed to developing emerging contractors according to the Contractor Development Programme (CDP) and creating of jobs for the local communities according to the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP).
